“High tier” perks on apps — useful for heavy users, or just more complicated?
I keep seeing “high tier” perks on entertainment platforms that seem aimed at people who spend a lot or use the app a lot.
I’m not really in that category, but I’m curious how these are structured and whether they’re actually clearer, or just extra layers of rules.
If you’ve looked into these, what should someone check first to understand what’s really being offered (without getting pulled into hype)?

I start with eligibility and transparency: who qualifies, what changes compared to normal use, and whether there are any time limits. If those aren’t clear, I don’t bother. This page is a good reference for how “high tier” perks are framed: https://www.az-ar.com/high-roller/
